SteamCan Equipment Ltd. offers a full line of Steamers, Kettles (both Self-Contained and Direct Steam) and Skillets manufactured in Canada for the Canadian marketplace.

Steamers - from 3 pan counter steamers to 16 pan floor steamers with boiler bases or the new pressureless steam generators - these units deliver superior food both quickly and effieciently while offering great value to the professional kitchen operator.  A full line of pressure steamers is also available including the newest Energy Star rated steamer with manual fill/drain.

Kettles - have a capacity of 6 to 150 gallons and are available as a self contained unit, part of a boiler base system or direct steam for customers with their own steam source. The kettles are available in a tilting or stationary configuration or as part of a mixer system.

Skillets - or Tilting Fry Pans-Braising Pans; these units are considered by many as the most versatile piece of equipment in today's commercial kitchen allowing a creative operator to braise, griddle, roast, steam, boil, poach or fry. Whether you require a compact counter model with a capacity of 12 to 16 gallons or a floor model with a capacity of 30 to 40 gallons availabe with manual or auto tilt and open or closed bases.
